3. Use of the Services

The Services provide AI-powered decision support tools for skin health. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable medical, privacy, and data protection regulations.

• Clinical judgment: Insights generated by our AI do not replace an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.
• Permitted use: You may use the Services to upload images, receive assessments, and manage patient workflows consistent with these Terms.
• Prohibited behaviour: Reverse engineering, duplicating, reselling, or interfering with the Services is not allowed.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, (b) ensuring that any medical information you submit is accurate and not misleading, and (c) obtaining consent from individuals whose data you upload. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security incident.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, models, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Services remain the exclusive property of SkinAI or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, the licence granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkinAI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority over any disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms
